The Long history of sending trainee among the nations throughout the world can be traced back to more than 1,000 years ago, Zhen Guan period (A.D. 627-649) of Chinese Tang dynasty. Japan dispatched diplomats to China to study architecture, clothing, culture, etiquette and others of the Tang Dynasty. The so-called training is the skills training to employer.
