Brief  introduction  of  training

       The Long history of sending trainee among the nations throughout the world can be traced back to more than 1,000 years ago, Zhen Guan period (A.D. 627-649) of Chinese Tang dynasty. Japan dispatched diplomats to China to study architecture, clothing, culture, etiquette and others of the Tang Dynasty. The so-called training is the skills training to employer. And the international training system in the field of international personnel exchanges in recent years mostly emerges in Asian countries, such as Japan and Korea. As South Korea's employment system replace the system of training, Japan has become the concentrated expression area of international training system.
     In order to transfer technology to developing countries and help them cultivate talent, Japan exercised the international training system in the year 1990, and implemented a skills training system three years later. After nearly 20 years of development, the number of international trainees and skills interns has reached 160,000. China State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs and Sino-Japan Training Cooperation Organization, relative to Japan's Corporate International Training Cooperation Organization, are China’s main management coordinating institutions of trainee to Japan.
