It is excited that a few of international corporation labor companies are trying their best to promote the Labor Exports. Such as JinCheng GuoJi. In order to develop the labor experts in our area, we really hope to corporate with JinCheng. So according to this goal, could you draw up a plan, how could the procedures make sence?

  
A: In Fact the city-level and country-level units are just the backbone of Labor Exports. You play a important role in the international corporation. Henan does not place in the inland, but the awareness of working out of china is also weak. We need to work with more professional Labor-Job Crops together to create more potential markets. The labor-exports could catch up with the costal towns of southeastern, even would cause the nationwide mobilization. Further more it must be long term social system engineering. By this situation, the labor center could stay at 3 different statues:
1.     The crops should own experience of managing the labor export for many years.
2.     The crop is stable, own experience of managing the domestic labor transfer for many years. The labor-exports are just at the very beginning.
3.     It is going to set up a firm to work on this area. And supporting by the government.
Due to the 1st case, what t we need to do is both of them should to do the Inspection and argumentation on corporate credibility, operating, the staff and the main operational project. Both of them need visit each other‘s field work pace .Office or training center. Then they could sign corporation agreement when they haven’t any problem any more. However different area own different figures, according to the labors’ statues, and the employments’ situation, they can choose a suitable project to carry out.  Please pay more attention on the project notice.
